The Seattle Summit Building is an eye-catching addition to downtown Seattle and a new addition to the Washington State Convention Center. The 573,770-square-foot building is covered in glazed curtain walls, which reveal the impressive interior, including the staircase that runs along the south side of the building. The building features 62 meeting rooms, a 58,000-square-foot ballroom, 248,450 square feet of exhibit space, 140,700 square feet of lobby space, and a 14,000-square-foot outdoor garden terrace.

The Summit Building is an impressive addition to downtown Seattle and one that will be a staple in the community for years to come. Our team is proud of the work that’s been done, especially as progress continued during the unexpected and challenging COVID era. Small challenges became large ones, but our team managed to persevere and deliver a project of the highest quality.
