Willamette Tower is a 23-story mixed-use high-rise situated along the scenic Willamette River in Portland’s vibrant South Waterfront district. The tower features 340 residential units, 334 parking spaces, and over 14,000 SF of interior and rooftop amenity areas, offering residents expansive views of Mount Hood and the nearby river.
Scopes: Drywall, exterior/interior framing, insulation, firestopping, EIFS, AWB, taping, paint.
WPI played a key role in developing another tower in Portland’s thriving South Waterfront district. The Block 41 tower project transformed a vacant lot into a 23-story high-rise, adding nearly 500,000 SF of mixed-use space to one of the city’s most desirable neighborhoods. The tower features five levels of integrated parking and 5,000 SF of rooftop amenity areas, with quick access to walking paths along the Willamette River. Leveraging our extensive experience in high-rise construction, our team meticulously planned the layout of each floor to maximize efficiency, ensure safety, and minimize the challenges of vertical construction in collaboration with multiple trade partners.
The project resulted in another successful addition to the Willamette Block Development. Whether in the 24-hour gym, the resident lounge, or the penthouse suites, the craftsmanship of our team is evident throughout every corner of the building.
