About Scott

Scott is an accomplished construction executive and mission‑critical delivery leader, building his career in the construction industry since 1994. He serves as Vice President of Advanced Integration at Western Partitions, where he leads the delivery of some of the most complex and demanding construction programs in the industry. Scott brings a proven track record of executing large‑scale, high‑performance projects for leading technology clients, including multi‑billion‑dollar data center, substation, and infrastructure programs across the United States.

Scott plays a key role in advancing the company’s mission‑critical capabilities by aligning people, processes, and innovative construction strategies to deliver predictable outcomes at scale. He is known for building high‑performing teams, strengthening client partnerships, and driving results through disciplined planning, proactive collaboration, and a relentless focus on execution. Throughout his career, Scott has led hundreds of professionals and trade partners while maintaining a strong record of safety, quality, schedule certainty, and cost control.

Scott brings deep expertise in MEP systems, commissioning, and advanced delivery methods, with a particular focus on Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DfMA), multi‑trade prefabrication, and modular construction. He has successfully launched and scaled large prefabrication programs and onsite assembly operations that improve efficiency, reduce risk, and enhance overall project performance on mission‑critical builds.

Respected for his collaborative leadership style, Scott works closely with owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners to seamlessly integrate design and construction from early planning through final turnover. His leadership reflects Western Partitions’ commitment to innovation, accountability, and delivering exceptional value for clients operating at the highest levels of performance.

Scott earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Washington State University and is a proud COUG!

Outside of work, Scott enjoys spending time with family and friends. Always looking for time in a busy schedule to be in the outdoors skiing, mountain biking, riding motorcycles, fishing and hiking.
