Bruce joined WPI in late 2024 and oversees operations across the Phoenix, Salt Lake City, and Las Vegas offices. He is focused on advancing project development strategy, driving preconstruction innovation, and delivering operational excellence across multiple regions. Bruce works closely with executive leadership, regional teams, and key clients to strengthen processes, improve consistency, and support continued growth in complex and mission critical markets.
With decades of industry experience, Bruce began his career with URS Corporation in its subcontracting division before working for a general contractor, where he gained experience in development, architecture, and overall project delivery. He later joined KHS&S Contractors and built a strong reputation leading large scale and complex projects across hospitality, entertainment, and technology sectors. His portfolio includes high profile work such as The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Fontainebleau Las Vegas. He is passionate about driving innovation, improving predictability, and creating opportunities for teams to grow while delivering high performing projects.
Bruce earned a bachelor’s degree in business management from California State University, San Bernardino and a master’s degree from Claremont Graduate University in strategy.
Outside of work, Bruce enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and exploring new dining experiences. On weekends, he and his wife can often be found at the ballfields supporting their son and daughter.
