The JLL Portland Office tenant improvement project was a fast paced renovation project of approximately 11,000sf of office space located in Brewery Blocks 2 building in Portland’s Pearl district. The office layout and design called for an open office work space containing a large amount of high end and industrial style finishes. During the three month schedule, WPI’s Special Projects Department took on a large number of these scopes, which included the preparation and installation of some powder coated architectural metal panels, as well as the painting of dry-erase wall coatings. The variety of finishes and the openness of the office floor plan allow for a very creative and versatile work space that moves away from the traditional office format and embraces a new collaborative use of the space. WPI was happy to be part of the construction of the JLL Portland Office tenant improvement project as it will be a place for professionals to work, collaborate and network for years to come.
