Our Work

Scopes: DrywallLight-gauge Metal FramingInsulationFirestoppingPlasterACT.

The exterior framing between CMU was constructed with our cold-formed metal framing that bypassed the roof deck into a parapet on the roof. The drywall and finish were also completed by WPI with much of the building interior being framed with our light-gauge metal framing. Our team also provided additional interior finishes such us Veneer plaster, STO Plaster, 9 wood ceilings, acoustical ceiling/wall panels, acoustic ceiling baffles, and acoustic ceiling tiles.

Result

The Eugene Family YMCA was a challenging yet rewarding project for our team. Whether it was meeting the fast-paced schedule for the rapidly approaching grand opening or hanging acoustic baffles over deep pool areas, WPI came together to meet the demands needed to make this a successful project. We’re proud to be part of this project and look forward to the impact it will make on the community for years to come.
