Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Electrical Specialist Foreman to lead and oversee a team responsible for assembling complex MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems within modularized units. The ideal candidate will have strong electrical expertise, high mechanical aptitude, and proven leadership experience in a production environment. This role requires hands-on involvement in daily operations, coordination of team activities, and a commitment to safety, quality, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the assembly team focused on electrical and MEP components.
  • Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure assemblies meet production timeline and quality expectations.
  • Collaborated with management team on facility setup and workflow.
  • Provide hands-on support for installation and integration of electrical systems such as busways, cable trays, lighting assemblies, and technical water manifolds.
  • Interpret technical drawings and ensure compliance with specifications, National code requirements, and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain work instructions for assembly stations.
  • Train team members on proper installation techniques, tool usage, safety protocols, and quality standards.
  • Inspect completed work for accuracy and adherence to project requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality control checklists.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment; ensure proper handling and storage of tools and materials.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors, project managers, and other departments to coordinate workflow.
  • Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and product quality.
  • Promote and enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Licensed Electrician or 5+ years’ experience in electrical assembly or MEP systems within a manufacturing or construction leadership role.
  • Strong working knowledge of electrical systems and mechanical integration.
  • Proficiency with electrical tools, measuring instruments, and installation techniques.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset.
  • Physical ability to lift, carry, and maneuver materials as needed.
  • Ability to foster a team-oriented environment and motivate team members.
  • Comfortable using technology such as tablets, laptops, and navigating MES (Manufacturing Execution System) software.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in leading production work involving electrical or MEP assemblies.
  • Knowledge of quality control procedures and manufacturing best practices.
  • OSHA 30 or other safety certifications.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. This individual will be the heart of our office, ensuring smooth daily operations while supporting employees and management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administrative duties such as timecard management, mail distribution, receptionist tasks, facility badge access, and coordinating building maintenance. A warm and approachable personality is a must, as this role also includes fostering a supportive and inclusive office culture by helping to create a positive and welcoming work environment. Being bilingual is a plus!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Timecard Management: Oversee and process timecards for hourly employees, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
  • Mail & Package Distribution: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages to the appropriate departments. 
  • Receptionist Duties: Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and incoming calls, providing excellent customer service and directing inquiries appropriately.
  • Facility Badge Access: Manage employee badge access, ensuring security protocols are followed for new hires, terminations, and guest access.
  • Building Maintenance Coordination: Schedule and coordinate regular facility maintenance with contractors to ensure the building remains in top condition.
  • Meeting Minutes: Take clear and concise notes during meetings, distributing minutes and action items as needed.
  • Manage ordering and stocking of office supplies, ordering furniture, small tools, appliances and electronics as required.
  • Reporting office progress to senior management and working with them to improve office operations and procedures
  • Plan and coordinate team builder events, customer visits, and supplier events.
  • Act as central point of for internal communications, ensuring team alignment and effective collaboration.
  • Monitor and report on office expenses, supply inventory, and administrative budgets.

Job Description

The Receiving & Inventory Coordinator role requires a detail-oriented and organized individual to manage incoming shipments and ensure inventory counts are accurate and up to date. This role logs all inventory movements in spreadsheets or computer system, flagging shortages to Purchasing, and partnering with Manufacturing to expedite delivery of materials. This function is critical in ensuring accurate inventory control, material availability, invoice reconciliation, timely receiving processes, and maintaining a smooth flow of materials into the manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage receipts of all products, materials, and supplies, evaluating deliveries and product levels to improve inventory control procedures.
  • Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming shipments against purchase orders or invoices.
  • Collaborate with internal Logistics Coordinator and Material Handlers to arrange for movement of goods.
  • Log and document all received items in the inventory management system to maintain timely and accurate inventory data.
  • Ensure that all part numbers and quantity match those noted on packing slips and that any special storage instructions are followed.
  • Coordinate with carriers for pickups, deliveries, and tracking of shipments.
  • Report and resolve shipping errors, damages, or shortages promptly.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment (as certified).
  • Communicate effectively with other departments, suppliers, and logistics providers.
  • Handle issue resolution and disposition of damaged materials.
  • Monitor demand and analyze space planning to anticipate future storage and logistical needs.
  • Ensure adherence to environmental management policies and systems.
  • Adheres to all applicable safety procedures and OSHA regulations for material handling.
  • Maintain a clean and organized shipping/receiving area.

Location / Hours

  • On site in/near Columbus, OH. Day shift, 40 hours per week.

Basic Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • At least 3 years of previous experience in shipping and receiving, or warehouse operations
  • Familiarity with inventory software, shipping systems (e.g., FedEx, UPS), and basic computer skills
  • Strong IT systems knowledge, including advanced Excel skills
  • Advanced organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong sense of time organization and urgency
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods
  • Forklift certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain)
  • Able to work independently and within a team
  • Good understanding of supply chain processes and their interdependencies
  • Knowledge and experience of using ERP/MRP systems and proficient in standard Inventory management software

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Operations Management
  • Knowledge of lean techniques would be advantageous
  • Product and Inventory management certification
