Job Description
Build, maintain, and enhance AI automation workflows, integrations, applications, and technical solutions that improve operational efficiency and scalability.
Core Responsibilities:
- Automation Development: Design and develop workflow automations, applications, and system integrations to streamline business operations.
- Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve escalated technical issues related to custom automations, applications, and integrations.
- Business Collaboration: Partner with internal business units and other team members to gather requirements and translate needs into effective technical solutions.
- Documentation Management: Maintain detailed documentation of automation architecture, workflows, and processes.
- Standards & Best Practices: Contribute to the development and enforcement of standards for automation design, code review, and technical delivery.
Minimum Experience:
- C# Programming
- Databases, SQL
- CI/CD & Change Management
- Testing & Q/A
- Experience with various project management methodologies.
- Cloud Microservices Development
- API Programming
Preferred experience:
- Databases, Vector
- RAG LLM development.
- Degree in equivalent field is preferred, but not necessary.
