Job Description

Build, maintain, and enhance AI automation workflows, integrations, applications, and technical solutions that improve operational efficiency and scalability.

Core Responsibilities:

• Automation Development: Design and develop workflow automations, applications, and system integrations to streamline business operations.
• Technical Support: Troubleshoot and resolve escalated technical issues related to custom automations, applications, and integrations.
• Business Collaboration: Partner with internal business units and other team members to gather requirements and translate needs into effective technical solutions.
• Documentation Management: Maintain detailed documentation of automation architecture, workflows, and processes.
• Standards & Best Practices: Contribute to the development and enforcement of standards for automation design, code review, and technical delivery.

Minimum Experience:

• C# Programming
• Databases, SQL
• CI/CD & Change Management
• Testing & Q/A
• Experience with various project management methodologies.
• Cloud Microservices Development
• API Programming

Preferred experience:

• Databases, Vector
• RAG LLM development.
• Degree in equivalent field is preferred, but not necessary.
