Nate has been a dedicated professional in the construction industry since 1999 and currently serves as WPI’s Chief Operating Officer. He began his career at KHS&S, where he progressed through the roles of Project Engineer, Project Manager/Estimator, Senior Project Manager, Project Executive, and ultimately Area Manager. During his time there, Nate developed a strong foundation in project delivery, leadership, and operational management. He also grew particularly fond of large-scale, fast-track casino projects and complex hospital work, including numerous OSHPD projects.
In 2015, the Roach Family invited Nate to join WPI, where he established the Reno office as Regional Manager. Building on that success, he launched and oversaw the Las Vegas office in 2018. Nate was promoted to Vice President and, in 2023, advanced to Senior Vice President, where he oversaw five regional offices. In 2026, he transitioned into his current role as Chief Operating Officer, taking on responsibility for overall operational oversight.
Nate has played a key role in WPI’s continued growth and operational excellence. He brings extensive project experience with a specialty in data centers, hospitals, and hotels. He has supported projects and regional teams across a wide range of areas, including constructability, scheduling, resource planning, and people development. He has also been instrumental in improving internal processes to enhance efficiency and drive consistent, high-quality project outcomes.
A strong advocate for the people behind the work, Nate has immense respect for the skilled craftsmen and craftswomen who build each project. He values their expertise and takes pride in supporting the teams that turn plans into reality.
Known for his hands-on leadership style, Nate is always ready to support clients and regional teams in navigating challenges and delivering successful results.
Outside of work, Nate enjoys spending time outdoors with his family, including hunting, hiking, carpentry, riding his RZR side-by-side, shooting sporting clays, camping, and spending time on the water. He and his wife, daughter, and son stay active with sports and school events.
He is an active member of several industry organizations, including AGC, LCI, WWCCA, and WACA.
