About Bill

Bill has been in the construction industry since 1995 and is now the Vice President of Operations at WPI. He started his career as an apprentice for the UBC in California and achieved his Journeyman Certificate in 1998. After working in Southern California for three years, he decided to make a change his pace and move to Bend, Oregon in 1998.

In Bend, Oregon Bill continued his career as a Carpenter for another 19 years. He worked for a small mom and pop shop for 9 years before finding his way to WPI. After a short term of working for WPI, Bill advanced himself to the Foreman position for the company where he successfully completed complex projects safely, under budget, and overcame daily challenges.

Upon completion of a major Data Center project in the area, Bill was given the opportunity to relocate to New Mexico in 2017. This was a significant change for him and his family, but the risk paid off. After successfully completing two phases of that project, Bill advanced himself to the General Superintendent position where he oversaw multiple projects region wide.

As the New Mexico Region continued to grow, Bill’s proven leadership, operational expertise, and strategic vision ultimately led to his promotion to Regional Manager, where he has continued to drive regional growth and operational excellence. After successfully managing the region for three years, Bill most recently was promoted to Vice President of Operations where he will build on this success by providing strategic leadership and supporting WPI’s continued operations in New Mexico and our most recently secured work in Texas.

Bill’s biggest influences in his life are his parents and his wife. My father instilled in me a work ethic like no other from the age of 5. And my wife’s continued support rings true to the saying “Behind every great man is a greater woman”. Without the support, understanding, and sacrifices from my family, my success would not be possible. This is my continued motivation to strive for excellence, by providing the best possible life for them and continued growth of WPI.

Bill enjoys competition pistol shooting, golf, hunting, fishing, hiking, and hockey.
