Administrative Assistant – Newport, OR

  • Hourly Position
  • Responsibilities are primarily clerical in nature and will require some job-site responsibilities.
  • Assist project manager in day to day clerical duties.
  • Assist in maintaining proper logs of project daily reports, EWA logs, and weekly production reports for project team.
  • Assist in the preparation of project submittals, change orders, RFI’s etc.
  • Compile and submit new hire applications to corporate office.
  • Assist with processing and submission of jobsite time cards, safety reports, purchase orders, and daily reports.
