WPI was fortunate enough to be a happy hour sponsor for the 23rd Annual DJC Oregon TopProjects Award Ceremony. Not only was WPI privileged to be a sponsor for the, we were also proud to have multiple projects nominated as finalists. WPI helped construct six out of the ninety-five finalist projects nominated for the event. The nominations included Park Avenue West, University of Portland Lund Family Hall, Oregon State University – Johnson Hall, Jefferson County Courthouse, KOIN Tower Lobby, and Daimler NOVA.
Two of these six were recognized as award winners on the evening. The Park Avenue West Tower project, constructed with Hoffman Construction, won 2nd Place in the Mixed Use category. Daimler NOVA, also constructed with Hoffman Construction, was selected on the night as the “People’s Choice” TopProject Award Winner. Congratulations to all the project teams recognized throughout the nights events and to all the projects nominated as finalists.
The number of quality projects nominated for this years awards goes to show the high level of innovation, creativity, work ethic, and professionalism the State of Oregon’s architectural, construction, and engineering has to offer. WPI is proud to be associated with so many incredible people.
